FREDERICK V. MASSEY
PARTNER
Frederick V. Massey has practiced law since 1992, having graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1992. An undergraduate of the University of Georgia and a native of Athens, Georgia, Mr. Massey is a member of the state bar of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia as well as the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of this State. Mr. Massey has extensive experience in Tort litigation, including the prosecution of wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries in Federal Court.

KYLE W. SHARRY
PARTNER
Kyle William Sharry leads cases and litigation involving tough issues of custody, tricky divorces, and other sensitive issues. As of July 1, 2019, Kyle serves as the Judge of the Town of Bethlehem, Georgia. He was raised in Flowery Branch, Georgia, and graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2014, having received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2011. In school Mr. Sharry volunteered for numerous legal organizations including the Houston County Public Defender’s Office and the Northeast Georgia District Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, culminating in him being recognized with the 2014 Public Service Award from Mercer Law. In 2013, Mr. Sharry worked as a Law Clerk for the State Supreme Court of New York, Nassau County, before moving back to Northeast Georgia in 2014 and serving as a Staff Attorney to the four Superior Court Judges of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit. Mr. Sharry is admitted to practice law in the Superior Courts of Georgia and Federal law in the Northern District of Georgia.
